Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue, please get in touch with us here or email sales@versare.co.nz and we'll do our best to help.


Acoustic Tiles - 3 Month Performance Guarantee

If your tiles do not make a noticeable improvement to your room acoustics, return them within three months of the original delivery date and we will provide a full refund of the tile purchase price.

Please note:

  • Tiles or panels must be installed to our recommended coverage of 25% or more of the total wall surface area of the treated space
  • The return must be initiated within three months of the original delivery date
  • Tiles and panels must be returned in good condition
  • The guarantee applies to the purchase price of the tiles and panels only -- freight costs for both the original delivery and the return are excluded
  • The guarantee applies to full room treatments only and does not cover partial installations or sample purchases

Product Warranty

SoundSorb tiles are covered by our standard 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to normal use and correct installation.

Full Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. If you need to return a product, please contact us first to report your claim and obtain written approval before sending anything back.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.

2. Goods Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged and you refuse delivery at the time, we will replace the product at no cost to you. All claims for transit damage must be notified to Versare NZ promptly.

3. Change of Mind or Other Returns

  • Returns accepted within 20 days of delivery
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, plus freight both ways
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging or crating, and in 100% resalable condition
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted

4. Refunds Refunds are normally processed within 3 to 4 weeks of the return being lodged with the authorised shipper. In many cases they may be completed sooner.

5. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us with your order number and product details and we will provide written instructions
  • All returns require prior written approval and must use shipping companies authorised by Versare NZ
  • The return authorisation number must be clearly visible on all packages and freight bills
  • Merchandise must be returned in original crating and packaging to protect the product during shipment
  • All returned goods must be in 100% resalable condition

6. Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights, remedies, or guarantees conferred on purchasers under New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act 1986. These rights are in addition to, and not limited by, the terms of this policy.
