Workplace Solutions for a Leased Space

A large open plan workspace was able to improve focus and productivity for its employees by using a combination of portable room dividers. Firstly, a wall-mounted acoustical Versare Room Divider 360 was used to create a separate boardroom and Hush Cubicles to create a cluster of workstations. This allowed for a more private and productive environment for employees during meetings and focused work.

Secondly, two Versipanels were used to effectively separate the kitchen and office space. This helped to keep noise levels down and improve focus for employees in both areas.

 

The benefits of using these portable solutions such as the Wall Mounted Versare Room Divider 360, instead of purpose-built or track-mounted systems, is that they are easy to relocate and take with the client should they decide to move or their lease expires. This provides a cost-effective solution that provides the desired outcome of improved focus and productivity while also giving flexibility to the client to move the solutions to a different location.
