Payment Terms

How to Pay
All payments are made by bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice.

When to Pay
Payment terms are arranged in advance and are at the discretion of Versare (NZ) Ltd. Where payment is required upfront, we’ll issue a pro forma invoice. A tax invoice marked “Paid” will be sent once your order has shipped.

Fair Trading Compliance
We follow the requirements of the Fair Trading Act 1986 to make sure all pricing and payment information we provide is accurate and not misleading.

Your Responsibility
Payments must be made in full and on time. If payment is delayed, your delivery may be held or future supply suspended until payment is received.
