Warranty Statement

1. Warranty Coverage
Versare (NZ) Ltd stands by the quality of its products and warrants them to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery. Any product defects arising from faulty materials or unsatisfactory workmanship will be repaired or replaced to a serviceable condition, free of charge to the original purchaser, provided that the products have been properly installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s printed assembly instructions.

2. Exclusions and Limitations
Versare (NZ) Ltd provides no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of its products, except as required under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable law.

No warranties exist other than those expressly set out in this document. All repairs and returns must be approved in writing by Versare (NZ) Ltd prior to any action being taken.

3. Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must notify Versare (NZ) Ltd in writing. Proof of purchase, including the product purchase date and a copy of the original invoice, may be required. Claims are to be submitted to:

4. Sole Remedy
Repair or replacement in accordance with this procedure constitutes the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for defective products, whether the claim arises in contract, tort, or otherwise. In all cases, the liability of Versare (NZ) Ltd is strictly limited to the purchase price actually paid for the products, subject always to the buyer’s statutory rights under New Zealand law.

5. Warranty Voidance
This warranty shall be void if the purchaser, without prior written consent from Versare (NZ) Ltd, undertakes or engages a third party to undertake any repair or modification of the goods.

6. Goods Manufactured by Third Parties
Where goods supplied by Versare (NZ) Ltd are manufactured by a third party, the warranty shall be limited to the warranty then currently provided by that manufacturer. Versare (NZ) Ltd shall not be bound by any term, condition, or representation not expressly authorised in writing.

7. Precedence of Terms
In the event of any discrepancy between this warranty document and Versare’s official Terms and Conditions, the official Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any rights, remedies, or guarantees conferred on purchasers under New Zealand law. These rights are in addition to, and not limited by, the terms of this warranty.
